Alternate Format Request

Requesting your books requires you to have the Alternate Format Accommodation.  If you do not have this accommodation, your requests will be denied.  Please contact your Accessibility Advisor to discuss this accommodation.

How do I request my books?

Step 1 - Find your book's ISBN number, which is the 13 digit number found with the barcode on the back cover of the book (usually starts with 978....)

Step 2 - Scan/photograph or save your proof of purchase (paper receipt or digital receipt) and have it ready to upload

Step 3 - Make a new request and search for the book using the ISBN number

Step 4 - Upload the proof of purchase when asked for it

 

What if I don't have a proof of purchase?

These situations will be dealt with on an individual basis.  You can still make the request, but you will be contacted by a staff member regarding the ownership of your book.
